Last night, 2/15/06, I needed Brinks assistance at 7:00 p.m. I was home alone, as my husband travels a lot. I was opening some windows and noticed I had some problems with my Brinks System on four windows of my house.
I called the 1-800 Brinks number for assistance. The person on the phone, Schwanda told me this was not an emergency, since I could set my system. I explained that yes I could set my system, but it will not do me any good because my system was not working for four windows. She said she doubted she could get anyone out to help me that night and she was leaving at 7:30 p.m. After 20 minutes of not getting anywhere, I decided to call you.
I remembered what you told me when I decided to purchase your system, that you would always be there to help me out. Within 10 minutes of my call, you found a technician to come to my home that night or you would come yourself.
Words cannot express how I felt when you told me this. Paul, the technician on your staff, was able repair my system and I was able to get back to my life with a good night sleep. This tremendous service provided by you was invaluable to me. I would have paid a lot more than what I was charged for this visit.
